The Starfall Slot-Together Fire Pit is a square, flat-pack mild steel fire pit whose side panels are cut with a starry night sky, a crescent moon and a jagged pine treeline.
Once the logs catch, firelight pours through every star and the moon, and the black silhouette of the pines stands out against the glow. It is designed for the evenings when you stay out long after dark: a paved patio at the end of a terraced garden, a gravel corner by the shed, or a campsite pitch on a weekend away.
Each panel is plasma-cut from 4 mm mild steel. The Standard size is 500 mm wide and 420 mm tall, and there is a Large 650 mm version if you want a bigger fire for a crowd. You can also choose to add a grill grate for cooking over the embers.
Assembly needs no tools and no welding. Four identical panels interlock at the corners and the base plate tabs lock through the side slots, so it goes together in minutes and packs flat again for storage or the car boot.
Choose raw steel or high-heat black. Raw steel will rust to an orange-brown patina outdoors, and heat speeds that up; many people love the weathered look, but runoff can mark pale paving. The high-heat black finish gives a darker, more uniform look to start with.
Fire safety: always stand it on a non-flammable surface such as paving or gravel, never on decking or grass. Never leave a fire unattended, and let the pit cool fully before moving or dismantling it.
Made to order in our Knowsley workshop; we'll confirm your dispatch date by email.
Will the fire pit rust?
Raw steel will rust to an orange-brown patina outdoors, and fire speeds this up. It does not stop the pit working, but runoff can stain pale paving, so a gravel base or a paver you don't mind marking is a good idea.
Do I need tools to put it together?
No. The four panels interlock at the corners and the base plate tabs lock through the side slots. No tools or welding are needed.
Can I use it on decking or grass?
No. Use it on a non-flammable surface such as paving or gravel, never leave a fire unattended, and let it cool fully before moving it.
Can I cook on it?
Yes, if you choose the Add grill grate option, which sits over the fire for cooking over the embers.
Can you make a custom size?
Yes. Use our Custom Plasma Cutting quote form with the size you need and we will come back to you with a price.
