Choose your material

• Mild steel: general fabrication. Paint or coat it for outdoor use.
• 304 stainless: the everyday grade for indoor and sheltered outdoor use.
• 316 stainless: best near the coast, pools, salt or chemicals.

How to order

1. Pick your material and the diameter that covers your size.
2. Type your exact size in mm as you add to basket.
3. We plasma cut, deburr and pack it.
4. Delivery is added at checkout.

• £25 UK mainland box delivery for discs up to 700 mm, orders up to 30 kg.
• Bigger or heavier orders go on a pallet, priced by postcode.

Questions

Why does a disc cost more per m² than a square?
Discs leave curved offcuts that cannot be reused, so each disc uses more sheet than its own area.

How much does a 300 mm disc weigh?
About 1.7 kg in 3 mm mild steel. Stainless is around 1% heavier.

Can you cut holes in the disc?
Discs here are plain. For centre or bolt holes, send a drawing.

Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, £70 per piece ordered online. For several small pieces, send us the sizes and we will price them as a batch.

Can I return cut-to-size metal?
Pieces cut to your size cannot be returned for a change of mind. Faulty or incorrect items are covered. See Returns.
