The plate is plasma-cut from 3 mm mild steel in two sizes: 220 × 160 mm, or a larger 320 × 220 mm that is easier to see from a busy road. There are four Ø6 mm corner holes for fixing. Stainless screws and wall plugs are not included.
Finish options are satin black, anthracite grey and raw steel. Satin black and anthracite grey give a durable coloured finish that pairs well with modern doors and window frames. Raw steel will rust to an orange-brown patina outdoors and can streak render or pale brick below it.
